The Discussion P06598-P00851 the artist creates a styleIn a scene as charming as it is tranquil, a man and woman are deep in conversation as their cat and dog look on in this intricately patterned mixed media painting. The composition is first sketched onto the canvas with charcoal. Beautifully patterned fabrics in deep ochres, greens, and terra cotta are cut and glued onto the canvas, followed by a final overlay of acrylic paints. Gallery wrapped canvas with painted sides.
