10’s Silver Floral Top Hat Pin cognac straw hat Condition: Bow on high collarMeasures 8 long including the ornament. The top piece is 1 long by wide by thick. Not marked, but is either silverplate or sterling silver. Stem is brass. No maker's mark. Very good condition with no damage except for the slight bend in shaft; can easily be fixed with pliers and a steady hand. **A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size.
