Hand painted with gorgeous Japanese inspired designs of flowers, geishas, lanterns and more. Notched sleeves, left sleeve has a little pocket for a hanky! Back is plain. A few loose threads on quilting, designs not as vivid as likely were in past. But she's amazing! measures 42" bust, 42" waist, 24" long, 13" sleeves
