Hatband is a wide black velvet. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon. Excellent condition. Inner circumference is 23 inches. Brim upturns in the front 2 1 2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 inches. Label is Lily J by Eric Javits. He is an American milliner, cofounder of Whittal and Javits, Inc. in 1978. In 1985 he founded Eric
