It is sheer with ruffles and a tulle underlay skirt There is no size tag but based on actual measurements I believe it to be a women's size xsmall. Please go off actual measurements to ensure an accurate fit. Great vintage condition with just a small area of brown spots no flaws to note. The zipper works fine, it just doesn't fit my mannequin.
