no fining and no enzymes during vinification or aging and only add a small amount of SO2 at bottling
A clear and very fine distillation of the marc of Riesling grapes

These two varieties formed part of the initial collection bought to the Barossa as warm and dry environs are prevalent in Australia. At Kaesler, we retain and respect varieties and blends. This vintage we decided on a Grenache, Mouvedre, Shiraz blend.
