This year’s wine is led by 90% Cabernet Franc from our old-vine plantings in the Winery and North Pole blocks

Lovely citrus characters of limes and tangerines give a fresh

Both sites are hand picked and gently de-stemmed for a whole berry ferment in open vats

the aromas will be characterized by plums

these sites are mostly populated by 40-year-old bush vines

Even Keel Rose 2025 Size::12 Bottle Case This year’s wine is led100% Mornington Peninsula Tempranillo. Fruit is handpicked and whole bunch pressed in to old French oak with full solids with the wine undergoing wild yeast fermentation without additions or fining. Lifted citrus orange peel which continues on to the palate along with flavours of ripe cranberries and pomegranate. The wine is held together with crunchy acidity and mouth watering texture and a driving finish.
