Minus 8 Vinegar Concord8, 200ml oil fragrant citrus zestConcord8 vinegar has an intense sweet sour flavour. Its made with dark blue Concord grapes which are native to North America. Deep purple in colour, Concord8 is bursting with grape and berry flavours. Minus 8 describes it as tasting similar to a young ruby port. You can use it as a finishing vinegar to add tang and complexity to your dish. Concord8 vinegar is a great match for rich meats. Drizzle it over roast duck or add to sauces for lamb and game.
