expressing the wonderful breadth of the Alsatian terroir and grape varieties while pushing pure fruit flavours to the fore

with a delicate nose of yellow peach and hawthorn

then the basket is added back to the spirit for vapour infusion

The aromas are powerful and elegant with notes of cherry and blackberry as well as hints of cedar wood evolving towards gamey touches

You can appreciate the seven mystical Armagnac notes of nut, peach, violet, lime, vanilla, plum and pepper from this excellent Armagnac house that was established in 1893. Tasting Notes: Colour: Clear amber, old gold reflections. Nose: vanilla, Oakwood, marzipan, dried fruits. Palate: cinnamon, Marzipan, toasted bread.
