Alcoholic fermentation occurs in open cap stainless steel tanks with maceration for 20 days, followed by daily draining to extract the aromatic bouquet and achieve balanced tannins for long aging potential. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 22 months, followed by one year in the bottle before release. The Lupicaia IGT Castello del Terriccio opens with a
