we think it is rather beautiful

Domaine Huet Vouvray Le Haut-Lieu Moelleux 2005 (Museum Release) 20offbastilledaycollection The wine ferments in bottleWhilst 2005 was not a prodigious year for botrytis, there were some superb, concentrated and minerally Moelleux produced thanks to the dry, warm conditions at harvest. Anyone who has enjoyed the 2005 Cuve Constance from this producer will need no convincing. This isn't an unctuous sweet wine you can stand your spoon up in, instead the balance is pinpoint, the palate so fine and pure and complexwith citrus rind, bees wax and floral notesand the finish
