I absolutely couldn't get this pattern out of my head and decided to make a different size block and make it mixed up and scrappy for a perfect ode to fall and to my favorite vintage Halloween palette

The Calypso pattern captures the motion of the ocean with flowing color transitions and a mix of dynamic quilt blocks

The 20"  x 20"  center medallion block is surrounded by twelve 10"  x 10"  blocks and finished with a scalloped bat border just for fun

Both views have contrasting ribbing around the crew neckline and short sleeves for a slightly vintage look
