The family is very attached to these vines as they were the very first to be purchased by the Domaine in the 1830's

spice and sometimes-earthy characters with age

For hundreds of years

It is also utterly delicious with layers of stone fruits shot through with saline

Narkoojee Sparkling Cabernet Sauvignon NV Size::12 Bottle Case The family is very attachedThis wine marks a return to Narkoojee sparkling cabernet merlot. This time it is a 50: 50 blend of cabernet from the 2020 vintage and merlot from the 2018 and 2019 vintages, hence the NV (non vintage) designation. The wine is named in honour of our inaugural chairperson, Robert Fordham. It is a lovely fresh style, rich with lifted berry fruits and a crisp, clean finish. COLOUR: Deep cherry with crimson edges. FLAVOUR: Mulberry and plum with black
