La Manufacture Petit Chablis 2022 tinto-cao Ripe fruit aromas of plumsThis is quite delicious with energy and mouth feel providing nice tension and pleasure. It's an impressive wine and a top notch bargain too. It starts with citrus blossom, clove spice and bright white stone fruits before opening up to layers of apple and lemon wrapped up in a stony and steely frame along with wet river rocks and a saline edge. It displays beautiful restraint and vibrancy whilst being sleek and rewarding.
