Thorn-Clarke Varietal Collection Chardonnay 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case Will prove a fine partnerThis pale straw coloured Chardonnay from Eden Valley showcases the region's distinct character. The nose features vibrant grapefruit and white nectarine, with added complexity from partial wild fermentation, lees stirring, and oak maturation. The medium bodied palate is marked by crisp acidity and a creamy finish. Flavours of grapefruit, apple, and white peach are complemented by a hint of minerality and subtle oak influence.
