Dormilona Chardonnay 2022 clyde-park Color: a lovely deepSourced from the sandy gravel soils of Burnside in Wallcliffe, the fruit was handpicked, destemmed and sent to stainless steel for three months on skins. It was then basket pressed and had a wee stay in seasoned oak before racking, blending and bottling in December.
