Venus Flytrap- Dionaea muscipula 'Dracula' (Trev's) Carnivero Exclusives It was originally bred byDionaea muscipula 'Dracula' is a cultivar originally grown by Trev Cox in Ireland. It produces serrated teeth with blood red fangs. One of our favorites! Chances are youve heard of this botanical wonder even if you are new to carnivorous plants. Native to the Carolinas, the Venus flytrap (Dionaea muscipula) is easy to grow outdoors or in a sunny windowsill in most of the USA. The Venus flytrap grows alongside other carnivores in boggy, open savannahs.
