This is mostly pinot noir, made in a few different ways, with a splash of meunier & gris whole heartedly helping this be an absolute thirst crusher. The base of this is from our farm, again that block of abel clone that is super versatile and fun to do different things with. Picked super fresh, the main component is lightly handled, pressed off early,
