The note below sums things up well

Even Keel Joven Tempranillo 2023 Size::12 Bottle Case The wine has wonderful notesThere are notes of charcuterie, violet and dark cherry on the nose. On the palate its all dusty, velvety tannins with dark cherry tang bringing refreshing acidity. An excellent food wine, it wants bold flavours, grilled meats and seafood. It also drinks happily on its own, slightly chilled or at room temperature.
