French. An Army Observer Wings By Drago, Paris Auction Archive Instituted 1886 by Emperor ĐồngGilt and frosted silver, marked "G1001" and maker marked "DRAGO PARIS" on the reverse, 26. 8 mm x 68 mm, both lugs and pin intact, scattered silvering wear, near extremely fine.
