just add your seafood of choice with a squeeze of lemon
while the other was blended with the wine which underwent traditional élevage in oak
The mineral touch shows well in the glass with a good aromatic persistence and intensity
Grant Burge Fifth Generation Barossa Shiraz 750ml corton-charlemagne-grand-cru the 448 Rosso is drawnImpressive aromas of blackberry and ripe red berry fruit, with a touch of anise and subtle oak that adds vanilla and spice characters. The medium bodied palate is full of sweet fruit and ripe tannins. The multi layered depth of flavour and texture, combined with a long lingering finish, provide this wine with wonderful drinkability.
