Latta Vino - Granite Riesling 2023 750ml 3FSALE " This beast of a"The fruit for this wine comes from Mount Alexander in Harcourt Central Victoria grown on the base of the mount on decomposing granite soils. The Riesling was whole bunch pressed then fermented in stainless, aged on full lees for 15 months, a much cooler season in 2023 the long ageing on lees helped build up texture whilst keeping the wine fresh & vibrant. estate bottled. As always the wines go through full malo, unfined, unfiltered & untinkered."
