Pros Four-layer security system with locking zippers and slash-resistant materials provides genuine peace of mind in crowded areas Thoughtful organization including RFID-protected slots and a padded laptop sleeve keeps everything accessible Lightweight construction at just 1.2 pounds means you can pack more without shoulder fatigue Cons Locking zipper mechanism takes getting used to and slows down quick access to contents Not waterproof, so you’ll need a rain cover for wet weather protection Top-load design makes reaching items at the bottom inconvenient when fully packed We tested the Travelon Anti-Theft Classic Backpack during a recent trip through busy European train stations, and the security features proved their worth
