Filing a claim with AFNIC is easy and straightforward. Follow these simple steps to initiate the claims process:

Please have the following documents ready to open your claim: Police Report, Emirates ID, Driving License, and Vehicle Registration card.
Bring your vehicle to the nearest AFNIC Claims office for a damage assessment. For our claims locations please click the following link.
After the assessment, your vehicle will be sent for repairs. If your policy includes 'Inside Agency' coverage, repairs will be done at the respective agency. Otherwise, your vehicle will be sent to one of AFNIC’s workshops.
