Tenants Compensation Insurance


Perils that affect our residences, such as fires, natural disasters and even burglary, can occur at any moment, without any warning signs. To help you, as a Tenant against any damage caused, we are giving you a Package of Compensation Insurances suitable for all Residential Tenants in the U.A.E, with premiums starting from less than One Dirham per day!

What we cover:

Section I – Contents

The contents (including jewellery and valuables up to 20%) of your residence, inclusive of personal belongings, will be covered by AFNIC – except those excluded from the policy.

Section II – Alternative Accommodation

If your residence has become uninhabitable due to perils, AFNIC will compensate you with alternative accommodation – for up to 90 days – until your home is restored again.

Section III – Legal Liability

If you, as the tenant, becomes legally liable to pay, to a third party, due to claims made – arising from accidental bodily injury (fatal or non-fatal) and/or damage to property, against you, AFNIC will help you cover the costs.

Section IV – Injury To / Death Of Tenant & Family

If, due to fire, lightning or explosion, an injury or death occurs to the Tenant and/or family, as a direct result of the perils that occurred at the residence, AFNIC will compensate for death or permanent disability and medical expenses subject to limits
