Homeowner`s Package Insurance

Protecting our home against perils such as fires, natural disasters, and even burglary, can be a cause for worry, as they can occur at any moment. To help you, as a home owner, with any damage caused, AFNIC provides an insurance package designed to protect the very basics of life, with premiums starting from as low as just One Dirham per day!

What we cover:

Section I – Building & Contents

The damage caused to the building, and contents of the home, due to insured perils, will be covered by us.
Jewellery and valuables are covered under section III below.

Section II – Burglary & Housebreaking

We will compensate you in the case of loss or damage due to the contents of the home to burglary and/or housebreaking,

Section III – Personal Jewellery & Valuables

We will compensate you for any loss or damage caused to personal jewellery and valuables, due to the covered perils, while inside the home – whether being worn or otherwise.

Section IV – Personal Liability To Third Parties

If you, as the homeowner, becomes legally liable to pay, to a third party, due to claims made arising out of accidental bodily injury (fatal or non-fatal) and/or accidental damage to property, against you, we will help you cover the costs.

Section V – Alternative Accommodation

If your home has become uninhabitable due to insured perils, we will compensate you with alternative accommodation – for up to 90 days – until your home is restored again.

Section VI – Personal Accident Insurance To The Insured Person And/or His/her Family Members

If, due to fire, lightning or explosion, an injury or death occurs to the Homeowner and/or family, as a direct result of the perils that occurred at the residence, AFNIC will compensate you for the death, permanent total disabilities and medical expenses up to insured limits.
